Booked or noted

The assistant books the appointment, takes the order, or captures the message — whatever the caller actually needs.

── what happens after you close ──

Three things that can happen after you close.
One of them keeps the customer.

The call goes to voicemail. You pay a night receptionist to sit by the phone. Or it just gets answered. We compare against voicemail and a human after hours — never against “other AI tools”.

Run your after-hours line with us.
We’ll shape the rest around you.

Early access members get a founder call, their after-hours calls answered, and locked-in pricing for 12 months. In return, you tell us what your line needs when you’re closed — and that shapes what we build first.

By submitting you agree to be contacted by the founder about TeliTask early access. We don’t share your details, ever.

── questions worth asking ──

A few things worth knowing.

01

Does it only work after hours?

Yes — that’s the focus right now. We answer your line when you’re closed, so the calls that used to ring out get picked up. We can extend to daytime overflow later, but after-hours is the wedge we’re starting with.

02

What happens to a call it can’t handle?

It takes a message, flags anything urgent, and escalates it the way you tell it to. Nothing gets dropped — every caller is captured and waiting for you.

03

When does the customer hear back?

They get an instant SMS confirmation right on the call. The booking or message is logged and waiting for you by morning, so you open up already knowing who called and what they needed.

04

Who is this for?

Kenyan businesses that lose calls after they close — salons, clinics, restaurants, garages, real estate, and the like. If a missed call after hours costs you a booking, talk to us.

05

What will it cost?

Far less than paying a night receptionist to sit by the phone. We’ll publish the price when early access opens. Waitlist members get a discounted rate locked for 12 months.

06

What happens after I join the waitlist?

Within 24 hours the founder calls you. We spend 30 minutes on what your after-hours line needs — what callers ask for when you’re closed, what’s worth paying for, what would actually save you a booking. The people on this list shape what we build first, and you go first when it ships.
