Calls your own system starts
Your shop, booking or order system asks TeliTask to call someone when something happens, and hears back when the call ends.
Who uses it: Businesses with their own software, or a developer who connects it.
How it works
- Make a key in Settings, under Connections.
- When something happens, such as a new order or a missed payment, your system asks TeliTask to call the customer with that script.
- When the call ends, TeliTask sends the result back to the address you give it.
What a call sounds like
- TeliTask
- Hello Amina, this is Acme Store. We received your order for two chairs a moment ago. Can I confirm the delivery address?
- Customer
- Yes, Westlands, Rhapta Road.
- TeliTask
- Thank you. You’ll get them on Thursday.
What it can do today
- Start a single call or a whole round from your system.
- Add and update people and orders from your system.
- Send each call’s result back to your system as soon as it ends, signed so you know it came from TeliTask.
- Connect a WooCommerce shop without writing code.
What it cannot do yet
- Connect to other shop or CRM systems without a developer. They use the same connection your system uses.
What you get after each call
Your system receives the result of each call, and the whole round when every call in it has ended. The developer guide is at /docs/api/first-call.
