Asking for feedback after a job
A few days after an installation, a fitting or a service visit, TeliTask calls the customer to ask how it went.
Who uses it: Installers, fitters, interior and repair businesses, clinics and service companies.
How it works
- Write the questions you want answered, such as a score out of five and whether anything needs fixing.
- Add the jobs finished this week, or have your system send each one when it closes.
- TeliTask calls each customer and records the answers. Complaints go to the top of the Calls page.
What a call sounds like
- TeliTask
- Hello Mrs Otieno, I’m calling from Acme Store about the kitchen worktop we fitted on Tuesday. How is it?
- Customer
- It looks very nice. But there is a small gap near the sink.
- TeliTask
- Thank you for telling me. I’ll ask the team to come and look at the gap. Which day suits you?
- Customer
- Saturday morning.
- TeliTask
- Saturday morning. Someone will confirm before then.
What it can do today
- Ask the same questions every time and write each answer in its own field.
- Flag a complaint or a repair for a person, with what the customer said.
- Note a time the customer suggests for a visit.
What it cannot do yet
- Book the visit straight into your calendar. It records the time for your team to confirm.
- Put a caller through to a person in the middle of a call. Today it takes a message and lists the call for someone to ring back.
What you get after each call
Each customer’s answers side by side, and a list of the jobs that need someone to go back.
