Following up a request
When someone asked for samples, a quote or more information, TeliTask calls back to see where they stand and what they need next.
Who uses it: Businesses that sell after a showroom visit, a quote or a sample: building materials, furniture, insurance, schools.
How it works
- Write a script for the follow-up: what to ask, and what counts as interested, not now or not interested.
- Add each request as it comes in, or send it from your CRM through your own system.
- TeliTask calls on the day you set, answers simple questions from the facts you have given it, and passes keen buyers to your sales team.
What a call sounds like
- TeliTask
- Hi James, it’s Acme Store. You picked up three stone samples last week. Have you had a chance to compare them?
- Customer
- Yes, I like the grey one. How long does it take to fit?
- TeliTask
- Usually about two weeks after we measure. Would you like someone to come and measure?
- Customer
- Yes, next week.
- TeliTask
- I’ll pass that to the team and they’ll call you to fix a day.
What it can do today
- Answer questions from the facts and price lists you have approved, and say so when it does not know.
- Sort each person as interested, not now or not interested, in your own words.
- Book a call back for a later date when the customer asks for one.
- Send the result to your CRM through your own system as each call ends.
What it cannot do yet
- Connect to Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce directly. Your system, or a tool like n8n, receives each result and adds it there.
- Search a large product catalogue during the call. It knows the facts you have given it, and each person’s own orders.
- Put a caller through to a person in the middle of a call. Today it takes a message and lists the call for someone to ring back.
What you get after each call
A list of who is interested and what they asked for, ready for your sales team, with the full conversation behind each one.
